Terms of Service
• Payment will be up front after I have confirmed your commission request through forms.• PayPal only.• Payment plans are available but prices will be adjusted to cover PayPal fees, so they may end up being a higher total cost.• I have a right to deny and/or refund a commission for any reason. If I am past the rough draft stage, a full refund is not possible.• Once I have confirmed a commission, you fully agree to the art style you have commissioned. I will not change a commission style once I have started drawing, but you may ask for add ons under the same style with the appropriate fees (i.e: will not turn a sketch into a gradient painting, but I will add colouring once you have paid the difference.)• I reserve the right to charge more or less than the listed prices depending on a client's requests.• Once I have delivered your art, you cannot ask for a refund.• I as the artist reserve all rights to the art and permissions to post them to my social media and portfolios. If you would like to be tagged or remain anonymous, please let me know.• Commissions are for non-commercial use only unless explicitly discussed in DMs. I will charge more based on commercial usage. Repost only with credit tagged to me.• None of my works are ever to be used in relation to cryptocurrency or reposted in any way outside of personal usage. This includes marketing, brand association, minting or reselling as NFT, editing my images, or using it in generative AI training or generative AI use in any capacity. This is completely non negotiable and I will bring legal council if this term is violated.• If you feel as if a commission is taking too long, please contact me. Rules and pricing
• Prices can be negotiated; I am very flexible. Tell me if you have a budget!• I specialize in monster design, light mech, and horror/dark content. While my art is not restricted to these themes, work that I do for these themes will typically be done faster and to a higher quality.• I will draw some mech, some furry and some light gore/nsfw; please ask. Things that have heavy armor detailing, heavy mech or heavy furry may cost extra.• I will not draw real people in any capacity or draw in a hyper realistic style even upon request. You can, however, use real people as references for a character.• I will allow up to 2 free major changes in the early stages of a commission (sketch phase ONLY). I will allow 1 free minor change to a final product regardless of what style you have ordered before I begin to charge extra, starting at $25.• If your OC does not have any visual reference whatsoever (if you only provide a written description and nothing else), I will charge an extra 95 usd. This clause specifically exists for my convenience and to save myself time. If you provide an AI generated image I will immediately decline your commission request.

Quick black and white sketches of up to two characters. Detail and style will vary on my current ability at the the time of payment. No complex requests. More information on site, prices subject to change but stay within the 10-25 dollar range.

Character Design
I will draw and design your entire character from a written prompt or sketch. This includes a front/back, lightly shaded and coloured sketch with a developed colour pallete. A more complicated design will result in a higher charge. After one significant revision past the sketch stage, I will begin charging $25 USD per revision.
Turnaround 12-15 weeks.
Full body only. Starting fee is $325 USD. I will require half payment up front and half payment at completion.

• Must credit the artist on the original design if reposting.• The ownership of the design/character belongs to the buyer. I (the artist) will maintain rights over the original design and can use it as a portfolio piece/self promotion.• Adopt cannot be remade into a closed species.• If you are intending on using an adopt as a sona or as a mascot for profit, you must state so.• None of my works are ever to be used in relation to cryptocurrency or reposted in any way outside of personal usage. This includes marketing, brand association, minting or reselling as NFT, or uploading it into AI generators. This is completely non negotiable and I will bring legal council if this term is violated. If I find that this term has been violated the buyer immediatley loses all rights to the adopt and I am allowed to resell.• You can make physical or digital merchandise, but only under personal use. You cannot sell these merchandises unless discussed and approved explicitly in DMs.
